Docket No. 50-352 & 50-353 Date and Time: May 21, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Location: Limerick Energy Information Center 218 Longview Road Royersford, PA 19468-1016 Purpose: To discuss the NRC's assessment of the safety performance of Exelon's Limerick Generation Station, Units 1 & 2 for calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations.

Public Participation*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Exelon's's performance at the Limerick Generating Station during calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations. During the session the public will have the opportunity to talk with the NRC staff on an informal basis.
