U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING MN-18-006 April 23, 2018 Licensee: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Facilities: Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos: 50-352 and 50-353 Date/Time: May 16, 2018 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Location: Limerick Township Building Temporary Office Location of the Limerick Township Municipal Building 155 South Limerick Road Limerick, PA 19468

Purpose:

The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the public to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at Limerick Generating Station for 2017, as described in our annual assessment letter dated February 28, 2018. The NRC will respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant, and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: James A. Krafty, Acting Branch Chief, Division of Reactor Projects, Branch 4 Scott Rutenkroger, Senior Resident Inspector Mark Henrion, Resident Inspector Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Exelons performance at Limerick Generating Station during calendar year 2017. NRCs staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions from members of the public and discuss issues or concerns related to Limerick Generating Station.
