Enclosure 1, Table 3, "Hazard Assessment Results/Sumharies," lists the five\A/BN Unit 2 main control room locations and the conesponding noise measurement at each location.

Page E16 depicts the five main control room iocatiois where u." noi"" reasurements were taken. Main contro! room positions 1 and 2 are located behind the horseshoe where normal communications are not performed.

Normalcontrolroom communications are performed in positions 3,4, and, 5 and are no more than 7 feet apart. Per NUREG{700, these bilckground noise levels are within the r:ange where verbal communication should be intelligible using riormal to raised voice levels.Enclosure 2 provides a compact disk (CD) containing the color photographs of the main control room and auxiliary control room panels. The informition provid'ed in En6bsure 2 contains security sensitive information in accordance with 1O CFR 73.21(a)(11(i).
