Applicant, asofMay31',1999,hassoinvested$25.5millioninunregulated subsidiaries, whichsubsidiaries, inturn,haveacquiredutilityrelatedassets.Theprocessofmakingsuchinvestments meetthe'long-range goalsofApplicant dependsonmarketconditions.
Asaresult,Applicant's investment schedulehasbeenextended.
IfApplicant werenowtoeffecttheHolding'ompany Restructuring, itwouldnolongerbeabletoinvesttheremaining
