locatedintheUnit2EastContainment HeatExchanger Room,weresealedandlockedclosed.Thiscondition wasimmediately reportedtotheShiftOperating Engineerwhodetermined thattheasfoundcondition wasincorrect.
Instructions weregiventoimmediately reopenthevalvesandrelockandresealtheminthecorrectposition.
