Furthermore, adraftGenericLettertransmitted byMr.DarrellG.EisenhuttoMr.CarlWalskeoftheAtomicIndustrial Forum,datedJanuary28,1983,requestssubmittal oftheT/S.required "fortheimplementation ofei'ghteen NUREG-0737 items,oneofwhichisitemII.F.1.6.

Mr.Eisenhut.'s letteragainrequeststhattheT/Schangesbeconsolidated'nto onesubmittal.

Theearlyimplementation of.ItemZI.F.1.6attheCookPlant,reflectsI&i%Co'sconcernforthesafeoperation oftheplantandthesafetyofthepublic.Byrequesting paymentforthisT/Schangeseparately, theNRCisfinancially penali"ing usfortheearlyimplementation ofrequiredsafetyequipment.
