As noted in that letter, the Approval remains in effectuntil the expiration date indicated in Block No. 3 of the Approval form. The indicated date inBlock No. 3 is July 30, 2015.In view of the pending expiration date later this year, Dominion Resources Services, Inc.requests renewal of Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material PackagesNo. 0194. We presently apply and intend to continue the application of our previouslyapproved 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program to the packaging andtransportation of radioactive materials, thereby satisfying the provisions of Subpart H to 10CFR 71.
