Annual Summary of Changes, Tests and Experiments at AerotestRadiography and Research Reactor (ARRR), Docket no. 50-228, for theperiod of 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015.Gentlemen:The enclosed report summarizes the ARRR operations from July 1, 2014 through June30, 2015. This submittal complies with the requirements set forth in 10 CFR 50.59,"Authorization of Changes, Tests and Experiments."In order to comply with NRC requirements to resolve foreign ownership issues, AerotestOperations voluntarily ceased reactor operations on Oct. 15, 2010 and remainedshutdown pending transfer of ownership to a U.S. company. As such, summary forms ofmonthly operations and unscheduled power reductions are not applicable and aretherefore not included in this report.On July 24, 2013 the NRC issued a denial of license renewal, denial of license transferand an order to modify the Aerotest Operations facility operating license no.
