inoperable and Constellation did not restore the

CAP under IRE-025-517. This finding is of very low safety significance based on a
SDP Phase 2 screening utilizing CCNPP Phase 2 pre-solved table for exposure times between 3 and 30 days for one
inoperable train of
CS
