| Event Description | The following is a summary of information provided by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality via email:
On January 28, 2026, the licensee's radiation safety officer received an overexposure report from the month of October 2025, stating that an employee's badge dosimeter read 13,325 mrem. The employee's finger badge had received 1,056 mrem in the same period, while his Tracerco personal electronic dosimeter indicated 2.8 mrem.
