Purpose:
This is a closed pre-application meeting to discuss a planned license amendment request related to the loading of fuel inserts containing Cobalt-60. The discussion will cover the design characteristics of the Cobalt Burnable Absorber (COBA) fuel inserts, digital serialization, and the final development and testing activities conducted by Westinghouse.
