Inspectors who have completed an ISA or an OJT that has been revised and have been signed off on the applicable signature card are not required to redo the activity. Inspectors who have not yet been signed off should complete the revised activity.
A new OJT has been added to Appendix B for all inspector types.
Inspectors must complete the new activity before becoming fully qualified.
TRAINING:
No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
