ly, the WCNS facilities are shutdown in a' secure environment and in full compliance with the al Specifications. The ZPR was de-fueled in April 2000. Cornell's request for a possession only amendment for the TRIGA reactor is pending NRC approval. We are anxious to begin formal nissioning activities and urge the NRC to expedite its review and approval process.
