BYRON STATION, UNIT NO. 2 - CORRECTION OF LICENSE PAGE 4B
Dear Mr. Crane:
By letter from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon), dated May 15, 2007, the NRC issued administrative changes to the Byron Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Byron) licenses. The changes to the licenses were to update the reference to the revised Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Training and Qualification Plan. Exelon provided the revised plans in response to NRC Order EA-06-037 in a letter dated May 17, 2006. The NRC letter dated May 15, 2007, transmitted a revised license page for Byron, Unit No. 2 (license page 4b), and incorrectly referenced the Exelon submittal as May 17, 2007. Therefore, license page 4b, which was issued by letter dated May 15, 2007, for Byron, Unit No. 2, is hereby replaced by the attached revised license page.
If you should have any questions, please contact me at (301) 415-3733.
Sincerely,
/RA/
