Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is the Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report for the Comanche Peak Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program. This report is submitted pursuant to Section 5.6.2 of the Comanche Peak Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications (Appendix A to Operating License Nos. NPF-87 and NPF-89). The report covers the period from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 and summarizes the results of measurements and analysis of data obtained from samples collected during this interval.
