STAFF REVIEW OF THE R.E. GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN AND VERIFICATION OF ASM INCORPORATION On August 2-6, and 23, 2010, a Security Inspection conducted by Dennis Lawyer, from Region I, verified that the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) located at the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, has successfully met the objectives outlined in the TI 2690/008 and IP 81001.1 dated October 17, 2007. The Inspection Report number is 05000244/2010404. Based on our review, we have determined that the R.E. Ginna Physical Security Plan, has met the performance objectives and general requirements outlined in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.55, the October 2002 order and the Additional Security Measures imposed by the NRC.
