- Tom, Please find attached the Revised RAIs for the Peach Bottom Unit 3 SLMCPR amendment request that resulted from the RAI teleconference held on 8/2/2011 between NRC staff and Exelon representatives. On 8/3/2011 you indicated to me that Exelon will submit a response by August 26, 2011. Please note that if Exelon does not respond to this letter by the agreed-upon date or provide an acceptable alternate date in writing, the NRC staff may reject the application for amendment under the provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.108.
