TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TIVA) - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SON) - NPDES PERMIT NO. TN0026450 - 2015 BIOCIDEICORROSION TREATMENT PLAN (BICTP) ANNUAL REPORT Enclosed is a copy of the 2015 B/CTP annual report for SON. Biodetergent 73551 was not added during CY 2015. All other treatments were conducted in accordance with the approved B/CTP.

Outfall1101: Toxicity was sampled October 18 - 23, 2015.

Test Results: Pimephales promelas: IC25 >100%

Ceriodaphnia dubia: lC25 > 100%

Outfall 110: There has been no discharge from Outfall 110 January - December 2015.

Outfall 101: Toxicity was sampled August 9 - 14, 2015, during the Spectrus CT1300 treatment.

Ceriodaphnia dubia: 1025 > 100%

Outfall 110: There has been no discharge from Outfall 110 January *- December 2015.
