The testing was performed to verify the Loop Current Step
Response
(LCSR) technique of measuring RTD response time.
"Based on the test results, which confirm the acceptability of on-site LCSR response time testing, Florida Power
& Light Company plans to use the LCSR technique to demonstrate compliance with applicable Technical Specification surveillance requirements.
