'g CD On Friday February 12, 1999, I filed comments by Orange County, North Carolina, regarding the NRC StafFs proposed No Significant Hazards determination for a proposed amendment to the Shearon Harris nuclear power plant operating license.
The comments included the Declaration of Dr. Gordon Thompson.
Because Dr. Thompson could not send an original signed copy ofthe Declaration in time to meet the deadline, I filed a faxed copy ofhis signature page. I have since received a copy with the original signature, which I am enclosing.
The copy I am enclosing also contains corrections to several clerical errors, namely marginal marks.
Please substitute this copy for the copy that was filed on Friday.
