I have completed my initial review of GEs surety bond instruments and find that they are acceptable for a more detailed review.

Thanks.

Ok guys, I am in the process of requesting and EPID for the review and I will let you know of that as soon as I get it.

First of all, the submittal is in this package: ML18087A172

In the package youll find the transmittal and a separate enclosure for each docket. For Reggie, there are two bonds for GNF-A. All other dockets have one bond.

I will be sending the work request probably tomorrow. Here was the general work plan I was hoping for:

Acceptance review requested by: April 30, 2018

RAI requested by: June 14, 2018

SER input requested by: September 6, 2018

Let me know if this is going to work for you and Ill build it into the request.

Let me know if there is anything else you will need from me besides the charge information. Reggie, I wanted to let you know that the Standby Trust Agreements will come in separate submittal and I am promised we should receive them during the 2nd week of April. Ill get them to you ASAP.

So please give me your feedback on the timeline and I am off to get the charge code info.
