Instrument air to the valve was secured and the valve g, failed in the Es. position. Unit power operation was continued per Reporta_ble per T.S. 6.12.3.2(b).

No similar occurrences.

coils were 125 volt A.C. coils, while this valve is fed by 125 volt D.C.

i i power. Previously this solenoid valve operator had been replaced. The rTTTl I correction was made by replacine the A.C. coils with D.C. coils. The t

i valve was successfully tested per T.S. 3.6.6.

Other valves were checked
