UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD Before Administrative Judges:

Ronald M. Spritzer, Chairman Nicholas G. Trikouros Dr. Sekazi K. Mtingwa In the Matter of NEXTERA ENERGY SEABROOK, LLC (Seabrook Station, Unit 1)

Docket No. 50-443-LA-2 ASLBP No. 17-953-02-LA-BD01 August 27, 2019 MEMORANDUM (Regarding Pre-filed Exhibits)

On August 12, 2019, the Board issued an order to schedule a prehearing teleconference with all the parties to discuss logistics for the evidentiary hearing planned for September 24-27, 2019. The order contained a list of discussion topics and stated that the Board would prepare a final exhibit list identifying all pre-filed testimony and other exhibits (including revised exhibits) that have been filed by the participants.1 During the prehearing teleconference on August 26, 2019, the Board again stated that it would prepare a final exhibit list. This list is now attached as Appendix A.

The Board also notes that numerous prefiled exhibits contain references to documents that have not been filed in the evidentiary record. If any party desires the documentary material, website material, or incorporated reports cited in these pre-filed exhibits to be considered part of the evidentiary record, the party should promptly provide a PDF evidentiary exhibit of each item, 1 Order (Scheduling Prehearing Teleconference) at 3 (Aug. 12, 2019) (unpublished).

or the relevant portions thereof, with an appropriate exhibit cover sheet and an updated exhibit list.
