Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes to tne Peach Bottom Technical Specifications relating to the require-ment for purging of the containment through the Standby Gas Treatment System.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclosing a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
