It appears that the failure was random and nonrepetitive in nature and based on no previous occurrencesi no additional recurrence control other than scheduled maintenance testing is planned.

There was no damage to plant equipment. There was no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury and no danger to health or safety of the public.

Cnrrective Ac.ien.

The normal and alternate feeder breakers were inspected and tested. The board was transferred 5 times with no failure. These breakers are presently inspected once per operating cycle.
