DOCKET NO. 50-335 APR 2 91980 Florida Power & Light Company Attn: Dr. Robert E. Uhrig Vice President Advanced Systems & Technology P. O. Box 529100 Miami, Florida 33152 Gentlemen:
We have received a copy of your Proposed Amendment to Facility License No. DPR-67 dated January 22, 1980 (L-80-28) which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. The application is for St. Lucie Unit No.1 and relates to the Safety Injection Activation Signal as an initiating event for the Containment Isolation Signal.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.22 did not accompany the application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that the proposed action involves consideration of a single safety issue. As such, it requires a Class III fee of $4,000 which should be remitted to this office promptly.
If the final review of your application by the ONRR staff reveals that this r
fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
Sincerely, h
Reba M. Digae yy Facilities Program Coordinator License Fee Management Branch Office of Administration wr
