O Docket No. 50-313 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on February 27 -
March 3,1978, certain of your activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC regulations as indicated below:
1.
Contrary to 10 CFR 19.13(a), the required reports for the period January 1,1977 - March 1,1978, did not include whole body and/or l
bioassay results.
This is a deficiency.
2.
Contrary to 10 CFR 19.13(d) and 10 CFR 20.408, the submission of reports for the period January 1,1977 - March 1,1978 were not always within the required time.
This is a deficiency.
