Valve CV-2667 initiallv had the sten lub-I li li i i ricated and the toroue switch settirds readiu ded.

Cause nf binding was l 1,12 6 LSubsequently identified to be loose bolts securira the actuator to valve I tilall body.

Bolts were orocerly toroved and the torque switch was replaced to I t iis i I insure reliability.

Maintenance procedure has been revised to include i
