Our letter to you dated January 29, 1981 requested a delay in accordance with 10 CFR 50.48 on one of the fire protection modifications.
Due to an oversight on our part, we did not make a fee determination in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
We have now determined that our request is a class III request and have therefore enclosed a check for $4,000.00.
