Attached is one signed original of License Change Application (LCA) 188 requesting. amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This LCA corrects an error contained in Figure 3.4-2, " Reactor Coolant System Pressure -
l Temperature Limits Versus 60'F/ Hour lleatup Rate - Criticality Limit and Hydrostatic Test Limit".
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 188 to the chief executive of the county in which.the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon Department of Energy.
