.The1 inspection reviewed certain areas of your physical security program.

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of

' procedures and-representative records,' interviews with personnel, and
observations by'the inspector. The inspection findings are documented in the

DuringTthis inspection,'it was found'that certain of your activities were11ni

violation of.NRC requirements.
Specifically, there were three violations

identified during the inspection. The violations are cited-in the attached.
,
- Notice of Violation.; We are concerned that your audit program did not' preclude
or identify some of these violations. - And, in particular, Violation B.2
involving inadequate compensatory measures and the non-cited violation iri
(
communications: which have existed, apparently, for an. extended period should
.have been'readily recognizable.by central and secondary alarm station
i
1 operators, their immediate: supervisors, and ' security:prograni management. Thus,_
'
we are also concerned that;some of these violations indicate a need to improve
i
staff training on-~egulatory requirements.
