In response to your recent telephone call concerning our letter of November 15, 1979 I am enclosing a copy of cur recent organization chart.
Section 16.6.1.2 (p.16-15) of the Technical Specifications for the Catholic University of America. AGN-101 Reactor Facility Operating License No. R-31 (Docket No. 50-77) should be changed to read as follows:
"The Provost - The Provost reports to the President and is responsible for the adacemic administration of the University.
In this capacity he represents the President in all matters pertaining to the reactor except in those cases of health and safety for which the Radiation Safety Committee has authority."
