NRC Inspection This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Ms. B. Riedlinger of this office on July 30 and 31,1981 of activities authorized by NRC License 53-07998-03 and to the discussion of our findings held by Ms. Ried'iinger with you and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspe: tion was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Comission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of celer,tive examinations of pmcedures and representative records, interviews with perunnel and observations by the inspector.
During this inspection, it was found that one of your activities appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements. The item and reference to the pertinent requirement are 1 >ted in Appendix A.
This item has been categorized into a severity level as described in the Federal Register Notice (45 FR 66754) dated OctoLP 7, 1980.
Your response to this notice is to be submitted in accordance with the provisfons of 10 CFR 2.201 as stated in Appendix A, Notice of Violation.
