Glen Ellyn. IL 60137 DOCKET 50-155. LICENSE DPR-6 BIG ROCK POINT PLANT Transmitted attached is a Licensee Eveet Report (RO-3-76) for the Big Pock Point Plant. This event reported involver, the failure to ide*+.if'/ and cor-rect a rejectable condition in a weld that was made in the fire voter supply to the core spray during May-June 1975 The condition was ideutified to the plant staff on Februa:/ 25, 1976 and corrective action has since been initisted. It was classified as reportable (30 day) during the veck of March 21, 1976.
