4-Add new revisd procedure CC-1 (Rev. 8, Aug.1981) 5 Remove old prt,cedure IDF-1 (Rev.1, Dec.1980) :No CCSM:4 -
6-Add new revised procedure ECF-1 (kev. 2, Aug.1981) 7-Add new procedure EOF-ll (Rev. O, Jan.1981) following existing procedure EDF-10.
