DRAFT POLICY AND PLANNING GUIDANCE (PPG)
Enclosed is a draft Policy and Planning Guidance document prepared by the Office of Policy Evaluation at my direction.
In addition to this guidance I think it would be prudent for the Comission to follow closely some of these activities to assure that the Comission's objectives are being met in a timely manner. With that in mind I have asked the EDO and OPE to prepare some proposals, which are included with the draft PPG, for tracking specific activities. Would you please review these documents so that we can discuss these matters shortly with the view of giving the staff guidance by early January.
