TERA RPurple LB#3 Files RTedesco This is in response to your July 17, 1981 letter that transmitted the South Texas Project Security Plan, Amendment 2, dated June 1,1981 and our initial review of your training and qualification plan dated August 21, 1981. The NRC staff has reviewed your amended security plan and prepared a set of comments that are attached. Coments resulting from our initial review of your training and qualification plan are also enclosed.
In view cf your current project plans to replace the architect engineer and constructor, it is requested that you advise us when you expect to be able to submit revised plans that responcs to the enclosed cements.
The enclosures to this letter contains 2.790(d) information and should be withheld frca public disclosure.
