Dear Sir:
In References 1 and 2, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) committed to submit the plant specific procedure for resolution of Unresolved Safety Issue (VSI) A-46 by June 30,1993. The procedure has been completed. However, additional time will be required to complete a final review. We anticipate submittal of the procedure and supporting justification for deviations from the Generic Implementation Procedure (GIP) by July 30, 1993.
