Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
3 In the " Corrective Action" section of Significant Deficiency Report SD 370/81-10 it was stated that modification kits for the Westinghouse SA-1 relays were being ordered and were expected to be installed by July 1, 1982. Due to delays in obtaining the modified relays this work is now expected to be completed by fuel loading.
