20555 Attention:
Ms. E. G. Adensam, Chief Licensing Branch No. 4 Re: McGuire Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370 Requests for Relief from ASME Code Section XI Requirement Determined to be Impractical
Dear Mr. Denton:
My September 14, 1982 letter submitted two separate requests for relief from hydrostatic testing requirements on the/ eedwater System to the Unit One steam F
generators, and the Unit One Safety Injection System. Revisions to these requests were submitted by my letter of October 19, 1982.
Subsequent discus-sions with the staff have determined that the proposed reliefs are considered to be a Class III amendment pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Therefore, a check in the amount of $4,000 is enclosed.
Very truly yours,
/
