In that response, GPU Nuclear identified four circuit breakers at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station which had been determined to be non-traceable, as defined in NRC Bulletin 88-10.
The four circuit breakers have been returned to the original vendor in accardance with the guidance provided by NUMARC.
There is no possibility that they could be installed at the Oyster Creek Station in any application.
