t OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION OCTOBER 1991 MAXIMUM AVAILABLE POWER OPERATION WAS EXPERIENCED FOR THE FIRST 3 DAYS OF OC10BER AS THE END-OF-CYCLE 14 C0ASTDOWN CONTINUED.

POWER WAS REDUCED THROUGHOUT THE DAY OF OCTOBER 4 AND THE REACTOR WAS MANUALLY SCRAMMED AT 2000 TO BEGIN THE RELOAD 14 REFUELING OUTAGE.

A CAPACITY FACTOR OF 8.2% WAS ACHIEVED FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER.
