r'lorida Power Corporation hereby submits the " Effluent and Waste Disposal Semianntml Reporf' for Crystal River Unit 3.
This report is for the period of July 1,1981, through December 31,1981.
The submittal date for this report was delayed due to a malfunction of the meteorological system magnetic tape recorder. The meteorological data necessary for the generation of the report was manually transcribed necessitating a delay in the submittal date.
