Dear Dr. Murley:
By letter dated December 16,.1991, Alabama Power Company forwarded its basis for the appeal of-the imposition of the compliance exception backfit. Included as Exhibit 7 of the package was a table titled "Farley Nuclear. Plant Annual Weekly Average Overtime Hours by Job Classification." _ The figures provided in-the table-
~i included some operations personnel who were not_'on shift work, i.e., operations personnel assigned to training or other. duties.
As a result, the figures were slightly lower than those for shifti workers only. _ This discrepancy _was pointed out at the Backfit Review Panel meeting held on December-18, 1991. A corrected figure was provided to the-Panel members, 1
