Dear Sir:
The subject Generic Letter, in Item 4.5.3, required a review of the existing Technical Specification intervals for on-line functional testing of the reactor trip system.
As noted in our initial referenced response to Generic Letter 83-28, LP&L is participating in a CE Owners Group evaluation of the functional test intervals for the reactor trip system. We expect to be able to submit the results of the evaluation by December 3, 1984.
