Questions & Answers Provided to Applicants Examination Seating Chart Examination Performance Analyses Completed Form ES-201-3, "Examination Security Agreement" Notifications Generated During the Examination In addition to the electronic examination materials, PG&E is submitting the following materials:
- - ES-403-1, "Written Examination Grading Quality Checklist"
- - Signed Examinee Written Exam Answer Sheets PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.

Question 40 - Question is valid. Candidates stated they either failed to notice that temperature 542F was given the question or believed that RCS temperature would be stablilized at no load Tave - 547F. This is an action in other EOPs such as E-0.1, Reactor Trip Response but not in E-0. The goal is stablize at current temperature (if less than 547F) to prevent pressurizer overfill. Remediate with candidates.
Question 90 - Question is valid. All that missed it misapplied graphs provided. Remediated with candidates.
