L111 Exam Validation 07/30 - 08/02/2012 VALIDATOR R1 R2 R3 R4 R5 R6 S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 S6 S7 S8 AVERAGE Comments: All questions were reviewed with the class with emphasis on questions scoring less than 50%.

Question 09 - Question valid. Knowledge of less than 1 hour1.157407e-5 days
2.777778e-4 hours
1.653439e-6 weeks
3.805e-7 months
tech specs. Most knew RWST was covered by LCO did not realize RWST level is a one hour Compeletion Time. Covered LCO with candidates.

Question 40 - Question is valid. Candidates stated they either failed to notice that temperature 542F was given the question or believed that RCS temperature would be stablilized at no load Tave - 547F. This is an action in other EOPs such as E-0.1, Reactor Trip Response but not in E-0. The goal is stablize at current temperature (if less than 547F) to prevent pressurizer overfill. Remediate with candidates.

Question 90 - Question is valid. All that missed it misapplied graphs provided. Remediated with candidates.
