This submittal supplements the App 1tcations transmitted by References 2 and 3 based on discussions between Messrs. S. Bloom and S. Glemencowitz of the NRC and members of my staff.
Attachment A contains replacement pages to the marked-up Technical Specifications transmitted by References 2 and 3. provides replacement pages for the Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration Analysis transmitted by References 2 and 3.
Attachment C provides replacement pages for the draft Offsite Dose Calculation Manual.
