Dear Sirs:
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p), Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits four copies of the Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 4 for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. I and 2. This revision involves the use of newly installed electronic security search equipment.
The revision contains no changes which are known to decrease the effectiveness of the Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan nor the level of security provided.
The information attached has been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21. It is requested that those parts of the attachments which are not protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1).
