Gentlemen:
On October 3,1986, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-6007 of a deficiency involving the design and installation of the control room ceiling which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). This is an interim report submitted to status corrective action implemented to date. Our most recent interim report was logged TXX-6168, dated December 18, 1986.
Resolution of Open Quality Control inspection items is continuing and is scheduled for completion by June 30, 1987.
We will submit our next report on this issue no later than July 21, 1987.
