DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 ORIGINAL DESIGN OF CONTROL ROOM CEILING SDAR: CP-86-54 (INTERIM REPORT)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On October 3,1986, we notified you of a reportable item involving the design and installation of the control room ceiling (see TXX-6007). This is a follow-up interim report on a reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and is provided to status the implementation of corrective actions.
The physical construction of the new ceiling is complete with the one remaining activity being quality control verification. This is tentatively scheduled for completion by November 28, 1986.
We will submit our next status report no later than December 19, 1986.
